Application FET-1031 Integrated (Split) Electromagnetic Flow Meter:
It is used to measure the volume flow of the conductive liquid whose conductivity is bigger than 5µS/cm. It is one kind of flow meter to measure volume flow of conductive medium. Besides volume flow of normal corrosive liquid with strong acid or strong alkali and uniform liquid-solid two-phase suspension liquid, such as mud, mine mud and pulp. It has been widely applied to do flow measurement in petroleum, chemistry, metallurgy, textile, paper, environmental protection, food industry and municipal administration, water conservancy, river dredging.
Working Principle FET-1031 Integrated (Split) Electromagnetic Flow Meter :
According to Faraday's principle of electromagnetic induction, a pair of sensing electrodes are installed on the wall which is vertical with the measuring tube axis and the magnetic field lines. When the conductive fluid moves along the measurement tube axis, the conductive liquid cuts magnetic field lines then generates EMF, Magnetic induction potential detected by the two detection electrodes, the value is pro-portional to the flow, its value is: E = B.V.D.K formula: E-Induced electromotive force; K-The factors related to axial length and the magnetic field distribution; B-Magnetic induction intensity; V-The average velocity of the conductive liquid; D-Electrode spacing; (measuring tube inside diameter)
